Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with YarnDays.

Due to the nature of our products, all yarn purchases are final sale. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations on yarn once an order has been placed.

We encourage customers to carefully review product descriptions, fiber content, yardage, colorways, and quantities before completing their purchase. Please note that colors may appear differently on different screens, and hand-dyed yarns may vary slightly between skeins and dye lots.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at yarndays.ca@gmail.com. Include your order number and photos of the item(s), and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

Once an order has been shipped, delivery times are the responsibility of the carrier. If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist you in opening a claim with the shipping provider.
