Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with YarnDays! Here is everything you need to know about how your yarn gets to you.
Where we ship
We currently ship within Canada only.
Shipping rates
- Flat-rate shipping — $12.99 CAD on all orders under $100.
- Free shipping on all orders of $100 CAD or more — applied automatically at checkout.
Order processing
Orders are packed and shipped within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day. As soon as your order ships, we will send you a confirmation email with your tracking number.
Delivery times
We ship with Canada Post Expedited Parcel, which includes tracking on every order. Estimated delivery times after your order has been dispatched:
- Within Ontario / local: 1–3 business days
- Rest of Canada: 3–7 business days
These are Canada Post delivery estimates, not guarantees, and they do not include our 1–2 day processing time.
Tracking your order
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your parcel right to your door.
Delays
Occasionally a parcel may take longer than expected due to weather, busy periods such as the holidays, or Canada Post service disruptions. These situations are outside of our control, but we are always happy to help you locate your package.
Incorrect or incomplete addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not able to cover the cost of re-shipping orders that are returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address. If this happens, we will gladly resend your order once the additional shipping cost has been covered.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your order arrives damaged, or your tracking shows it as delivered but you cannot find it, please contact us at yarndays.ca@gmail.com within 7 days of the delivery date and we will make it right.
